Reviews and Ratings
I was really pleased with my stay at the hotel! The fridge in the room was perfect for keeping my water nice and chilled, and the TV on the wall was a nice touch. However, I have to admit that the rooms could use some updating and investment to freshen them up.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though spacious with two comfortable double beds, missed a nightstand on one side of the bed. The view of 44th Street was interesting, but the proximity to a starting loading dock at 4 am was not ideal. Despite this, the room was set up nicely and managed to stay relatively quiet in the midst of bustling Midtown.
The hotel's rooms were clean and well-appointed, despite having to endure noise from the bar turning into a club until late. The size could've been larger, but who spends much time in a room in NYC anyway? The service was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, although some conversations were overheard that weren't flattering. The location is excellent, being central to major landmarks and within walking distance to everything one may want to see. The dining options were fantastic in the morning at Grand Central, but some experiences were slow and not worth the effort. Overall, a property with great potential but a few drawbacks to consider.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy and inviting, with a comfy mattress and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic, though the view wasn't the best. The location was perfect for exploring the city, just next to Grand Central station. The dining experience was delicious, especially the steaks, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is in a perfect location right across the road from Grand Central Station, making our trip truly exceptional. The rooms, though a bit musty upon arrival, were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch with standout staff like Brendan at reception. The dining experience, while not the best in terms of size and content, was compensated for with some vegan dishes. A little more attention to modernizing the rooms would be great, and the restaurant's offerings could be improved. Overall, a great stay that maximized the best of midtown convenience and transport links.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and quiet, a rare find in New York. The service was superb with a great shower and very accommodating staff. The location was perfect, especially for accessing the subway and being close to Grand Central. The dining experience had some ups and downs, but overall, it was good. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
