I was really pleased with my stay at the hotel! The fridge in the room was perfect for keeping my water nice and chilled, and the TV on the wall was a nice touch. However, I have to admit that the rooms could use some updating and investment to freshen them up.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though spacious with two comfortable double beds, missed a nightstand on one side of the bed. The view of 44th Street was interesting, but the proximity to a starting loading dock at 4 am was not ideal. Despite this, the room was set up nicely and managed to stay relatively quiet in the midst of bustling Midtown.
The hotel's rooms were clean and well-appointed, despite having to endure noise from the bar turning into a club until late. The size could've been larger, but who spends much time in a room in NYC anyway? The service was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, although some conversations were overheard that weren't flattering. The location is excellent, being central to major landmarks and within walking distance to everything one may want to see. The dining options were fantastic in the morning at Grand Central, but some experiences were slow and not worth the effort. Overall, a property with great potential but a few drawbacks to consider.

The location was perfect, especially for accessing the subway and being close to Grand Central. The dining experience had some ups and downs, but overall, it was good. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
